Build identity
GET /api/v1/version returns immutable API software metadata without database or
chain calls. Response has Cache-Control: no-store:
{"success":true,"data":{"component":"api","version":"0.1.0","sourceSha":null}}
version comes from the image package manifest. sourceSha is the full build
commit supplied by CI, or null for local/archive builds without provenance.
It is not a health endpoint, contract version or proof of relayer fleet identity.
RC acceptance requires owner-UID-linked digest convergence, runtime smoke, and
exact-attempt rollout evidence. It remains blocked until chart/access prerequisites
and a reviewed cross-repository rollout lock exist. Local tests are not live rollout proof.
See release protocol for version preparation, RC verification, promotion, compatibility and rollback requirements.
